Clear signage throughout the venue will remind attendees of how they can keep themselves safe.
Social distancing
Using guidance from the Government, we are implementing signage and crowd flows measures to ensure the 1m rule between individuals.

We are working with the Aotea Centre to ensure that they are safe and continue to adhere to appropriate hygiene standards.
Catering and food
We are working with the Aotea Centre to ensure that their food service is both safe and also adheres to social distancing rules.
Contact tracing
Through our registration process we will ensure that we have your details correct and everyone is checked in and wearing a name badge.
Virtual
MedCan 2020 will run as an in-person and live-streamed Summit, allowing you to watch the presentations remotely if necessary.
Theatre style seating
We will work with the venue to ensure seating plans are appropriate to each room and ensure distancing.
