Andre will discuss the term “full-spectrum” is often misunderstood or incorrectly marketed as a product that contains only terpenes and cannabinoids. What actually is a true “full-spectrum” product? This presentation will give a brief overview of the secondary metabolites produced in cannabis including cannabinoids, flavonoids, terpenes/terpenoids, stilbenoids, alkaloids and lignans. Andre will review the methods of “full-spectrum” extraction technology and what efficiencies can be gained with different methods.
